1 1/2 lbs. (675 g) apples, peeled, halved and cored
1 cup (250 ml) water
1/3 cup (75 g) brown sugar
1 teaspoon (2 g) ground cinnamon
For the Crumble:
4 oz. (120 g) cold grass-fed butter
4 oz. (120 g) flour
3 oz. (85 g) ground almonds
3 oz. (85 g) oats
1/3 cup (75 g) brown sugar
1 teaspoon (2 g) cinnamon powder
pinch of salt

Method
1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 360 F (180 C).
2. Cut the apples into small pieces.
3. In a large saucepan, heat 3/4 cup of water and bring to a simmer. Add the apple chunks, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring for about 10 minutes or until apples are softened and sauce has become thick. Set aside.
4. In a food processor, process all ingredients for the crumble until combined well and the texture turns crumbly.
5. Place the stewed apples into a baking dish that can fit into the Air Fryer cooking basket. Then, top apples with crumble mixture. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool.
