1. In a non-reactive bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, cayennes pepper, turmeric, garam masala, paprika, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (180 C).
3. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
4. Transfer into a serving dish. Garnish with cilantro.
