1. In a large bowl, combine the tofu, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Form mixture into small balls.
2. In a shallow bowl, add the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place the eggs in a separate bowl.
4. Take one tofu ball and dredge with flour, dip in egg, and then roll in breadcrumb mixture. Repeat for remaining balls.
5. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C).
6. Place the prepared tofu balls in the Air Fryer basket. Spray with oil. Do not overcrowd the balls to have an equal distribution of heat while it cooks.
7. Cook in the Air Fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
