Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz. or 150 g) of beef tenderloin steak

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons (40 ml) honey

  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) salt

Method

  • 1. Combine apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large non-reactive bowl. Mix well then add the beef. Marinate for at least an hour.
  • 2. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C).
  • 3. Place the steaks in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes or to desired doneness.
  • 4. Serve and enjoy.
