Baked Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz. or 150 g) skinless, boneless chicken breast

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon (7 g) garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) Kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) freshly ground black pepper

  • 2 (60 g) whole eggs, beaten

  • olive oil spray

Method

  • 1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 F (200 C).
  • 2. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces (nugget-style)
  • 3. Combine the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • 4. Dip the chicken pieces one at a time into the beaten eggs before turning into the flour mixture to coat and then shake off excess flour.
  • 5. Arrange the coated chicken onto the Air Fryer basket in single layer. Spray with oil.
  • 6. Cook in the Air Fryer for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is cooked through, turning half-way through cooking.
  • 7. Transfer into a serving platter.
  • 8. Serve with your choice of dip and enjoy.
