12 oz. (340 g) skinless chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
1 tablespoon (10 g) garlic, minced
1 medium (110 g) onion, sliced
1 medium (60 g) carrot, julienned
1 cup (170 g) frozen green peas, thawed
2 tablespoons (30 g) hoisin sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) Chinese rice wine
3 1/2 cups (650 g) cooked rice

Method
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat, add the oil and swirl to coat the base and the sides. Stir fry garlic and onion for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes or until browned.
3. Add bell pepper, peas, carrot, hoisin sauce, and rice wine. Cook stirring for 5 minutes.
4. Add rice and cook further 5 minutes. Toss to combine all ingredients. Transfer into a baking dish that can fit into your Air Fryer basket. Finish cooking in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes at 380 F.
